This website is hosted by Vercel. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes connection data required for technical operation. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested address, the amount of data transferred, browser information and your operating system.

Processing is carried out to provide the website securely, reliably and efficiently on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where Vercel processes data outside the European Economic Area, the contractual safeguards provided for this purpose are used.

3. Contact and enquiry form

If you contact us by email, phone or through the enquiry form, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up questions. First name, last name, business email address and a message are required in the form. Company and phone number are optional.

Where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business enquiries are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to incoming communications under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Form data is transmitted to the responsible team at MOE through our email service. We delete the data once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, unless statutory retention duties or other legitimate grounds require continued storage.

In its current configuration, this website does not use analytics, marketing or personalisation cookies. It does not include audience measurement services, advertising profiles or embedded social media plugins.

If services requiring consent are added in the future, they will only be loaded after consent has been given and this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as required for the relevant purpose. Statutory retention periods, particularly under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected. Data is deleted or restricted once the applicable period has expired.

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to:

• rectification of inaccurate data,
• erasure or restriction of processing,
• data portability,

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For companies based in North Rhine-Westphalia, the competent authority is in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.

This website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. This helps prevent third parties from reading data you transmit to us.
